In other news:
This is hardly news, but some of you (who?) might know that GIMP 2.6.6 has made it into the Testing suite of Debian a while ago; as I noticed – having switched from the old 2.4 after a months’ worth of system upgrades on one night ^-^; – there are many changes for the better (i.e. justifying text finally works), as well as some that are not so good (for example, path to selection is miserably slow sometimes; also, the old splash screen was much better). Perhaps I should finally switch to Unstable altogether, so that I can get all the updates faster… oh well. ^-^;
Thanks for the really sweet chapter. I guess sleeping in the same bed with Cookie would’ve been too much for Mamiya ^_^
Thanks for the chapter! Finally, we know why Mamiya is head over heels for the commander =). The only bad thing is it’s so frustrating that Kuki can’t see what she has! XD
I wonder when Cookie asked mamiya if they should sleep on the same bed was part of Mamiya’s fantasies, lol. Anyways, I hope the title of chapter 08 is refered to Cookie and Mamiya.

By the way, I was rereading Stray Little Devil, and by sheer coincidence, I happened upon an advertisement for Pretty Maniacs, an earlier manga by Kurihashi Shinsuke. One with a picture of rather familiar character designs:

Now this makes me wonder if Pretty Maniacs has any yuri… o_o

And for me it seems that rather this manga Kurogane Pukapuka Tai is an alternative spin-off from Pretty Maniacs,but with a yuri flavour.
Or author is just using the same character design for this serie.
I looked through raws and it doesn’t have any visible yuri like Kurogane,but some subtext is there maybe,but much more space is filled for non-yuri relationship situations and some comedy craziness.

Yeah, unless I’m terribly wrong, that was pretty much what she said in Japanese… Funny it turned out to be the exact same phrasing. But the only type of references I ever allow myself to put in my translations is references to music. ^-^
Hehe, if I were to judge by myself, it’d have to be the third choice… but since it’s Kuki we are talking about, I’d bet on version 1. ^-^; There is also the fourth option: that she actually wanted to “sleep” with Mamiya in that way, and shame on Mamiya for wasting it. ^-^

Yeah, at first it was tedious; but the consecutive summaries used a lot of the same wording – so in most cases, all I had to do was take a look at the previous chapters. And you looked up some stuff too, if I remember correctly. ^-^
