Touhou Project Doujin – Rebirthday (Asatsuki Dou)

Mediafire

Warning: Brief nudity and some gore.

Perhaps another warning I should put up is that the editing is bad. Another Asatsuki Dou doujin, this time about Keine and Rumia.

Update: There are also a few mistakes in this, but nothing very serious. Also, someone else might give this a proper edit.

Update: Edit by natural-log. Special thanks to Afro Thunda. http://www.mediafire.com/?io3keofe0l2xhxl

I don’t think the problems with editing were much of an issue at all. Like you said, it was nothing serious.
When I saw Rumia on the cover I had a pretty good idea what I was in for, and I really enjoyed this one. Hell, for some reason beyond my comprehension, I seem to enjoy all the Asatsuki Dou releases.
Great job! But just like they said in the afterword, I also want to take that ribbon off!!!
    Thanks for another ‘lovely’ release!

For most people, the editing probably isn’t a problem. It’s just that I’ve seen what people who can actually edit can do. As for the ribbon thing, I hope it isn’t that you think that way because you’ve changed from reading too many of them lol.

haha! No, I just thought it would make for a very interesting reaction if Rumia were to suddenly get her memory back. Not that I want her to suffer or anything. I’m not actually into this kind of gore or anything. Rather, it’s the motivation behind the shocking violence that interests me. In each of these releases it seems to revolve around love and/or devotion, typically twisted in some way.
Fascinating, even if it is horrific.

I’ve heard it said that good editing is very difficult, so I’m not too surprised by your response.

Didn’t notice the love/devotion thing, although it seems obvious now. Editing seems like art, and I’m no artist. For this one, I was using an editing program I wasn’t used to, which was one of the reasons it didn’t turn out that well (though not the main one). The next doujin should be closer to how I usually edit.

    All of my tears! TwT
This is seriously one of the best Touhou doujin I’ve ever read! Thank you so much for translating it!

This is one of the better ones out there. I’m glad you feel that way.
